On Monday I went to my acrobat class(like floor gymnastics)and we were doing handstand-summersalts(you go into a handstand then roll down into a summersalt). I wasn't feeling well and my teacher kinda made me do them and every time I did them I landed VERY hardly on my lower back. We did around 20 or 30 of them. My back and butt hurt really badly. How can I help reduce the pain?

Hot water bath with Epsom Salt [Magnesium Sulfate]. It will be diluted into the water and absorb into your muscle and relax your muscles and tendons. You will feel great after a 30 minute soak.

Also, heating pad or liniment on your lower back when you sleep will help a lot!
