I found hives on my back after taking adderrall this morning. I don't regularly take the medication but do take it on occasion.

I've never noticed hives when I've taken this before, but they have now appeared on my back and stomach.

I took 10 mg approximately 12 hours ago and did not notice the spots until now. I also take effexor xr and klonopin daily. If it is not the adderrall, the only other thing I have done that is non-routine is eaten a salad from Wendy's. Could that contribute to it?

#1 Taking Adderall occasionally will not allow it to work in the manner it is designed to. It needs to be taken at the same time every day. So if it is prescribed for you, then take it according to dr's orders. If you are taking it recreationally, stop.
#2 Hives are an allergic reaction to something. It may be from the Adderall or something else.
