Ok, So lately I have found that I have REALLY let myself go!! I've gained a lot of weight and am at my heaviest weight I'ver ever been. I know it's a health risk, and I'm also realizing that it is affecting my everyday life and my relationship with my fiance. I've tried everything from Turbo Jam, to Slim Fast, to Hydroxy cut to just working out. The problem is I can't ever really stick with anything becuase either the work outs are way too hard (as I haven't actually been physical in years) and I can't afford all the different kinds of foods the other programs suggest! Can Somebody PLEASE give me some good diets and easy workouts that even I will be able to do??
