Douching is not healthy for women. If she's aware that you're aware, talk to her about seeing her doctor. No kitty kat should smell.

You probably have to change her diet. The things she eats plays a major role in the bacteria that she produces down under.

If cleanliness is not the problem she could have a pelvic infection. she should see a gynecologist for the proper antibiotics to take
