In the late afternoon, before 6 pm. Your lung function is best between the hours of 4 pm and 5 pm, so say researchers. Your muscles will be the most flexible, and you'll be able to work out more than other hours of the day. It's great for stress relief, and at around this hour, you may be finishing up with work. Working out this time of day can also help to regulate the food you eat for dinner, after the work out.
Good luck and stay motivated.

Yoga is besty in the morning, to prepare you for the day, and before you go to bed, to relax you before you sleep.
You shouldn't exercise vigorously first thing in the morning, although gym junkies like this method of 'kick-starting' themselves. It's a bit like 'no pain no gain'. Fine if you have got away with it (so far) ! But asking for trouble.
Vigorous exercise (CV & Weights) should be done in the late afternoon, so that you've worked up to it gradually during the day, and so that you have at least four to six hours to 'wind down' before you sleep.

First i would advise you to eat something. I think the best thing to do would actually be to drink a slim-fast or some thing that gives you viamins and nutrients to supply you throughout the workout. Do not eat to many carbs or fats during the workout. And if you are doing weight trainning wait until after you have worked out to ingest protien. ( or large amount of it.). But working out at a 24 hr gym in the morning is the best because you will have it basically to yourself, because no one gets up early. Also if you are self concious about your body it makes it better if it is dark while you work out cause no one can see you.

For multiple physiological and psychological reasons early morning training is the best and this is internationally accepted.. The efficiency at that time of the day is highest
Because of professional and other commitments some people do it in the evening as do people who train twice a day.
Remember training is a way of living and you need to do it ,whatever time fits you , almost religiously........it's only then you will reap the benefits of being able to dictate your body and mind.

Up, liquid intake, ablutions and exercises. It sets you up for the day. I would split the physical from the mental and do the yoga in the pm to allow your mind to relax. Get the endorphins going in the morning and enjoy your day.

In the morning. My husbands physical therapist, who owns a gym has said that most people stick to their work out routine if they do it in the morning. A large persent of people miss their workouts, if they try to do it after work. So, I think morning would be best.

Great question because there is a real difference due to our circadian rhythms.
I included a link which explains the science behind when to exercise.

Probably sometime in the afternoon such as 3 pm. Because you have already ate breakfast and lunch including a snack so you will be able to burn more calories. Dont eat after 7:30 pm. If you do the food you eat will be stored as fat.
Hope I Helped!
