Ok, for $10 you can go to Wal-Mart and get this workout video. '10 minute solution Kickbox Bootcamp'. There are 5-10 minute rountines and you can do as many or as few as you want at the time. You can switch them up and keep it interesting.
I am the same situation as you. I have gained 70 pounds in 7 years. I am thinking about joining up with Weight Watchers they have free registration, you just pay roughly $10 a week. I have known people that have used WW and turned out with awesome results. Combine with exercise & be greater!

Girl I am going through the same thing, but I am trying to lose my baby weight. You really need to watch your portions with anything you eat bc I know it's hard to just put healthy things in your mouth. Never starve yourself because you will slow your metabolism and increase your risk for diabetes. It may be a quick fix but the pounds will come back once you hit the fridge again. Quit watching the tv fad diets and start eating the way of the food pyramid. Make sure that you are eating complex 'good' carbs which are in whole grain and fruits and veggies and not the bad ones found in starchy (white bread, pasta) foods. Ease into your workout plan, if you can only run for 5 mins, do it, and walk the other 25. As long as you put forth a reasonable effort, you will gain endurance, I promise. I use to be able to only run for 2 minutes max and have uped my way to 15 non-stop in 2 weeks. You should also strength-train. When you build muscles, you increase your metabolism which means you will burn more calories at rest and during workout. And dont ever say you have time! My scenario, I get up at 3 am to workout for 1.5 hours, work a full time job, am a mommy and fiance, and about to start school. There is always time even if you drag by like I do.

OK darling , The First thing you need to do is STOP SAYING DIET. then select a REALISTIC weight loss goal.
Remember you didn't put it on over night so don't expect to take it off that quickly either.
First you need the commitment to change your lifestyle.
Losing weight is all about making the right choices.
Meal planning, Portion Control and Increased Activity.
Stay away from those fad diets and starvation diets ( some of which I am reading here.)
They can effect your electrolytes and throw your body out of wack.
It's easy to lose weight but keeping it off demands a change in life style and knowing what triggers your food consumption decisions
Most of these so called weight loss plans are all about
prepackaged, portion controlled foods which you can do at home.
Here's a simple plan for weight reduction
1300 cal daily meal plan
6 servings of Protein - eggs, meat, PB, fish
5 starch servings---potatoes, rice , corn, cereal,bread
2 fruits-- 1 apple = 2 fruit serve, 1 banana =2 fruit serve
2 veg -- 1/2 cup gr.beans or other veg = 1 serve
2 milk --- Skim Milk or 1% == 4oz = 1 serve
2 fat - very easy to go over the limit so think ahead
8-10 glasses of H2O minimum==1 (2 liter soda bottle full of water) daily
You can eat whatever you desire just in moderation! Incorporate it into your meal plan!
Breakfast, Snack, Lunch , Snack , Dinner, Snack.
Salad is a gimme But the Regular Dressing = 2 fat!
Check on the food package for what constitutes a serving size for that particular food.
You can use measuring cups or a small food scale to measure proportions .. How do you think restaurants do it!
Keep a "diary" of your daily activities and meals and menus. Find out what triggers you to eat excessively . People who keep a diary succeed more then people who don't.
NO ONE like to exercise but you can find an activity you like. Swimming, Playing ball, bowling ,dancing etc are all fun things to do and help burn off those calories.Incorporate them into a minimum 3 x 30 min a week . Increase as needed.
You will reach plateaus in your weight loss program.. DON'T get discouraged it's natural. Keep plugging and increase that activity and you will reach your goal

Have you tried a cleanse? I tried exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 30 day cleanse. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days or 30 lbs in 30 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Start moving your body more. Even if it just walking up stairs instead of catching the elevator. I've used this product for almost 4 months and I’ve lost a total of 55lbs and 87 inches. I went from a size 18 to a 10 in 3 1/2 months. If interested you can purchase this product from http://thedetoxlife.isagenix.com/ Good luck.

Start small. Try something easy like taking a 20-30 minute walk as many days a week as you can. Then when that becomes too easy, go for 45-60 minute walk, etc. Have your fiance or a friend walk with you and it will fly by and be fun. You don't have to start hard by doing something like running 3 miles a day, especially if you haven't been very active in a while. Just start slow and make small habits, then jump them up periodically.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! You can get info or order it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

None of those products work, anyway. You need more attainable goals. Try walking for an hour every day (or at least work up to that) and I don't mean a stroll...really walk. Tell yourself you would like to lose 15 lbs. by the end of February. Once you reach that, then try another 15 lbs. by the end of March.
Only you can stick to a diet....no one else can do it for you. Pills do not work and a bunch of those companies were just fined millions of dollars for false claims. They were never tested for safety or effectiveness.
