unfortunately after several years of killing my stomach lining with whiskey and painkillers i seem to have developed a consant heartburn condition. could this be an ulcer??
what are some foods that help with these conditions??
AND YES I STOPPED DRINKING AND GOT OFF THE PILLS ABOUT A YEAR AGO. thank you.

I just took 2tsp of Robitussin and yet still have a full can of saod sitting here...I don't want to waste it...If I drink the soda will it have any affects along with the cough medicine?

So I lost my dental insurance 7 years ago when I was 19. And I am finally getting some again. So I haven't been to a dentist in all those years. I've only had 3 cavities before that (2 of those in my wisdom teeth) My teeth haven't hurt or anything in that time and I still take care of my teeth. I'm a bit nervous. Would I know if I've had a cavity for all these years? Anyone else go through anything similar?

Im 16 Im pretty buff my neck is big but my right clavicle bone is VERY short because I use to sleep on one side of my body for a year( my right shoulder/side) and when i wake up my shoulder would hurt.Is there still time for my right clavicle to grow? I was trying to find a good picture and this is exactly how my shoulder looks like. I did exercises with dumbell to broaden my right shoulder it didnt help much, my shoulder just got bigger.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Gray1194.png

hi, i heard that 30 mins of second hand smoke can harden up ur arteries =S. I was in a car with my friend and his dad was smoking hardcore lol. he had 1/2 of the window was open but barely any wind was enough to blow off the smell away so i had to suffer the 5 ciggarettes he smoked in the car for hours. I just hate it when parents dont realize what second hand can do especially to the young ones (by the way im 15 years old). so my question is that how much damage do you think my body has takened from 5 ciggarettes i sniffed up for the whole day? I know its a silly question but i think its a good sign for me to be worried, i dont want any sickness in the future. Thanks for reading & solving my question , good comments are very welcome

MY uncle who watched my mom die of cancer and go thru all the radiation trements and what it did for her...as chose to use chinese medicine treatments after he found out he has kidney cancer hes been doing this for 3 and half years now. the chinese doctor is well know in portland oregon....and first visit need him to go to a lisensed medical doctor to find out what his problem was and to get xrays....and that doctor told him no problem caught it early and they only needed to take out the kidney and chances where very good for him....but he chose not to and has been seeing the chinese doctor since...the medical doctor told him if he doesnt take it out he would only live a year or so....he takes herbs every day to clean him out....and does certain pressure point trements on him self....he has started to bleed the last very months and wonder if anyone has every heard of someone getting cancer free this way....very worried about him hes my only living close related family memeber .

could you give me some techniques on how to stop negative thoughts? the past 2 nights i have been really loanly and sad and have been having regular negative thouhghts but tobight i have had the worst one yet.

i cant get the image of my virgin EX getting hard done by some guy. i have no spoken to her in over 6 months and i am still pissed and confused with her and this thought does not help. any ideas?

I was given this book from my doctors office dont know ifs from the american cancer socity or not...but its a workbook that brings you thru daiily chores on evaluating your smoking working with the chemical addiction and the habit of smoking...example day one...smoke as many as you need to but record in the book time and what you were thinking and feeling...and so on like keep a can of old buts with a bit of water in it and as the days go buy it has you smell it when you want a cigertte...and days go by it has you only smoking a few a day and it slowing lessens your cravings and makes you look at the habit also and has you not smoke at certain times..and so on it worked for me and i can not quit any other way tried them all...but keeps you in track for 10 days and the last day of smoking you only crave one craving a day and its easier that way to end on the 11 th day

We have no insurance and cannot afford our medications. My grandparents cannot afford to even get them. I know their are foreign pharmacies to get medications from, if anyone knows of legitimate sites or pharmacies we would be so grateful if you could help us. It is outrageous that people have to choose between eating or taking required medications. I know this involves many scams, so we would only want to use ones proven to be safe and legitimate. Never having done this, I have no idea where to begin, so all info and help is so appreciated by our family. One RX alone can cost 200$ or more, we can't afford it and I know there are many others with same problem, so maybe we can help each other and find legitimate sources, so we do not lose more money on foreign scams. I know their are dishonest people who will take your money and never give you the meds, but I am hoping there are atleast some honest, caring compassionate people who care enough to help us?
