There is this book entitled "Stop Smoking In One Hour" and it comes with a CD that you have to listen to. You're supposed to listed to the CD just once .... and never smoke again. The author is Susan Hepburn. It costs US$16.95.

Here are some of what it says at the back of the book:

"Over 90% of Susan Hepburn's clients have found her techniques 100% successful. Now her unique formula is brought to you in this book and CD.

Play the CD once only and become a non-smoker in one hour. You uwill find there are no side-effects, no cravings and no gimmicks. You will feel: No desire for a cigarette. No withdrawal symptoms, no irritability, no uge to snack between meals.

This formula works regardless of how many years you have smoked or how many a day.

This formula is not reliant upon your having the willpower to give up smoking but you DO NEED TO WANT TO GIVE UP. It won't work if you're simply trying because someone else wants you to......."

There is alot of information out there for help in quitting smoking and it sounds like this is just another aid, but the best way to go is cold turkey. I know this because I've been there, but I didn't go cold turkey. It took me 2 yrs. to cut down to 1 cigarette a day but I craved that cigarette, until I smoked no more. It took 2 weeks before I no longer had the urge to smoke. Best of luck, be strong and just DO IT!
