I heard that twins have the same DNA, but I've never heard of them having identical organs type or blood type. Is it possible for a pair of twins to have identical heart type or blood type or whatever?

Identical twins are basically a fertilized egg that separated into two embryos after its first division. Because they are from the same source, they are identical in every way. You are right, they have the same DNA, which means EVERYTHING about them is identical, hair color, skin color, blood type, eye color, sex. Believe it or not, if a woman has sex with two identical twins on the same night and gets pregnant, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to tell which one is the father.
Fraternal twins are two separate eggs that are fertilized by two separate sperm that implant at the same time. They would have the same similarities as siblings born at different times.

identical twins would have the same blood type and DNA. The heart of each has a very small % chance of abnormality in any baby. Non-identical twins can have the same or different blood types, and different DNA.

In the case of monozygotic twins, yes to everything. In the case of dyzogotic twins no and they may or may not have the same blood type.

well not necessarily, but sometimes they'll have the same blood type, being able to share things. but they dont always have the same everything. including dna.
