Im 16 Im pretty buff my neck is big but my right clavicle bone is VERY short because I use to sleep on one side of my body for a year( my right shoulder/side) and when i wake up my shoulder would hurt.Is there still time for my right clavicle to grow? I was trying to find a good picture and this is exactly how my shoulder looks like. I did exercises with dumbell to broaden my right shoulder it didnt help much, my shoulder just got bigger.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Gray1194.png

u could try swimming, butterfly style.i think this can give u better shape on ur right shoulder, doing dumbell alone won't give u much help indeed.try urselve very best not to sleep one side, but sleep straight n face the ceiling upwards.nobody can help u here except u urselve.perseverance is the hinge of success.

best wishes.

you may desire to attempt swimming. as right now as I say this i dont advise in fact freestyle do the strokes which will help build your would desire to muscle communities. E.g. Butterfly & decrease back stroke. yet yea in case you into the great gyming factor do better physique workouts. E.g Push up, Inverse Push up, then u would desire to try this exercising consultation.. the region you're taking to dumbells and then carry them horozontilly this works your triceps shoulder muscle and a lil chest muscle. and extremely final exercising consultation/sport would desire to be boxing, golf, hockey or cricket. good fulfillment
