Today in heading up to another town with my best friend. we're doing some xmas shopping before it gets too crazy. ive been on a diet for a year now and i have lost a total of 75 lbs. in doing this, i was a big guy who loved food. now, being 75lbs lighter, i am so paranoid as to what i eat and how many calories i take in. in a sense, i hate to use this term, but in all honesty, im obsessed with losing weight at a HEALTHY rate. Today, we're going to be eating at a chinese buffet. by the way, i LOVE chinese food. my question is, Should i drink a lot of water before i go eat so i can get fuller faster??? since it IS a buffet, i dont want to over do myself.. if water isnt the key, how can i control and not over eat??? please let me know.
