People say I'm thin, but I think I need to lose about 15 pounds. I'm 11 years old and weigh a whopping 90 pounds. Don't I need to lose some weight?

I am a vet tech student, and for some reason i always hear that the nursing students in my college dont like vet tech students...we learn basically the same exact things...becuase after all...a vet tech is pretty much the same as a nurse..for animals...what do you think...why dont nurses like us?

As I'm trying to sleep and I'm in that half awake half sleep stage or am already sleeping, sometimes my boyfriend who can't sleep will bug me or wake me up. He will like put his arm around me or his leg on top of my legs or rub my leg or stomach. These little touches don't even feel good, they just feel wierd like I'm extra sensitive so then I get really crabby. Why am I so sensitive by touch when I'm trying to sleep or get woken up?

I had a back injury and got prescribed Norco 10/325 and when my back got better I stopped taking them but lost that euphoric type feeling from them. I craved that feeling so I would take a few now and then but that transpired into a daily thing. I'm a pretty big guy at 6'3" 220 lbs. so it takes 2 and a half of those to get that feeling but that's it. My reason for the question is I now look forward to and feel like a kid in a candy store when I get to take them. I have heard of people taking 10-15 of these things a day and I am nowhere near that limit but in your opinions is it okay to dabble in em a little bit for that feeling I crave? I am in now way an addict but wonder if it could get worse. It's been consistent for about 2 years now.

I already know and do the excercises for your pectoral muscles. Actually I excercise 6 days a week. I have one child and would like to lift/fill out what I have due to breast feeding. I know there is a lot of products on the market, pills, creams, brava, hypnosis, ect..... Has anyone used any of these products or know someone who has with great results? I am not interested in breast implants or surgery of any kind. Actual experience and results are wanted. Thank you in advance.

I am thinking about starting a business that sells automatic bathroom door openers, using the sensors like the sinks or flushers. You'd just wave your freshly-washed hands in front of the sensor and the exit door would open without you having to touch the door-handle that the 17 people who went before you had already touched. I'm interested to know how many people think the public restroom door handles are gross, and whether you think an item like this is worthwhile. Thanks for your responses!

I read the directions on NO supplements that I should not take supplements containing L-Glutamine. Why it is so?

With NO I workout harder and so doesn't it cause more muscle breakdown and hence the need for Glutamine supplementation. Glutamine has worked well for me - I don't get soreness anymore with good progress in the volume and intensity I lift. But I'd like to see what No can do for me

im am very frustrated about my sleeping patterns. i wake up several times a night and eat and do not know I am doing it. I know the nights I have done it becuase I feel sick to my stomach the next morning and food wrappers are laying around the house. When I first try to fall asleep (like as soon as my head hits the pillow) I start having these (sometimes) nightmares and sometimes regular dream images. I cant really consider them dreams becuase I am half awake half asleep. I have tries all the methods of getting sleep (no caffine, etc.) the only thing I have not done is trying sleeping pills which I do not want to do. Any help would be great thanks.

Over the last 5 years I've read many different articles about the health benefits of tea. Black is good, but green & white are better. But I keep getting conflicting reports over green & white. So which is better? Also, do you really have to drink 2 or more cups a day to reap the benefits?

My world has been turned upside down. I have very few friends, and I cant talk to them because seems like their enjoy my failures. I am having constant thoughts of suicides for a while, then I try to put things in perspective... I still have my health, a decent job, good looks... still I think life is not worth it anymore. I am not sure if I need just someone to talk to. I am afraid if go out and drink I may just end all. Please advise
