Over the last 5 years I've read many different articles about the health benefits of tea. Black is good, but green & white are better. But I keep getting conflicting reports over green & white. So which is better? Also, do you really have to drink 2 or more cups a day to reap the benefits?

Each one has a unique anti-oxidant profile. The newest rage is white tea, but you shouldn't rule out green tea. After all, the Japanese have been drinking it for centuries and their longevity rates are among the highest in the world.
And yes, at least 2 cups/day will get the most benefits.

Green tea is better. It contributes to weight loss. It is good to drink approximately 4 cups per day. Only thing is that is makes you go to the restroom frequently. My doctor have me drinking 4 to 5 cups per day.
