I am going to assume you mean 1800 calories per day versus 1800 calorie meal, which would really be stuffing your face.
If you are on an 1800 calorie per day diet, split between five meals, you are looking at about 350 calories/meal.
Some things that do this are: banana, apple, yogurt, granola: all about 350 depending on size
Lunch: salad with lite dressing, light soup, with half sandwich.
Dinner: Lean cuisine meal that totals the calories for you.
This should give you a ball park idea of what this looks like.
It is pretty easy to keep to if you give it a chance.

Are you kidding? Why would you want to eat an 1,800 calorie meal? That's enough calories for ONE day.
I guess you could eat a bucket of fried chicken if you want an 1,800 calorie meal.

It would be a pretty large meal, three big macs and medium fries, say. Or about five pounds of baked potatoes or fourteen pounds of fresh carrots.
To burn 1800 extra calories (ie, calories you do not need to live and maintain your weight), you would need to, for example, ride a bike fast or jog for three to four hours, or do five hours of aerobics.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

Like way too much food. Don't eat that much for 1 meal unless you want to blow up like a balloon.
