I read the directions on NO supplements that I should not take supplements containing L-Glutamine. Why it is so?

With NO I workout harder and so doesn't it cause more muscle breakdown and hence the need for Glutamine supplementation. Glutamine has worked well for me - I don't get soreness anymore with good progress in the volume and intensity I lift. But I'd like to see what No can do for me

I haven't seen anything about not combining NO and Glutamine. I too have been using them both as well as a number of other supplements. And, like you, am happy with the results.

my NO has glutamine in it, which is probably why they so not to add it seperately. Too much of a good thing can put you in the hospital.

Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!
