You can switch when you are "trained"!!!
Actually, switch when your breasts are large enough to fit comfortably in a regular bra. Everyone is different, so it doesn't matter when your friends make the switch. Do it when you need to.

When your training bra gets a little tight and uncomfortable - your boobs will probably feel a little sore as the training bra doesn't support them as much.
Measure them, when they'll fit into a regular bra then it's time to switch. I used both for about 6 months when I switched. Just use whatever's more comfortable.

U don't Need to Change it.. U can Use Both.. For Social Functions U can Use the Regular ones.. & For Sports & Other Purposes U can Use The Training One..

If the training bra is getting to snug, or is not giving you any support than you need to change. You could always measure yourself to see what your cup size should be.

when your breasts grow outwards and it hurts while walking or running...an underwire bra is best!
