It is supposed to be easier to orgasm after having a baby because of the large increase in blood vessels in that area. However, different issues such as body image, changes in the musculature of the pelvic floor and the stress and fatigue from being a new parent can decrease sexual desire in some people. (Everyone is different!) The best way to try and orgasm without having a baby first is to practice by yourself. Try and relax, don't think about trying to have an orgasm, just focus on the pleasurable sensations. Taking a warm bath might help. If you are trying to have one with a partner, the same advice applies: don't focus on trying really hard to have an orgasm, just enjoy the sensations! Good luck!

I did not have "real" sex until i was 24, and did not have a true orgasm until I had sex a few times, it just happens with the whole experience of sex and when your body knows what to do. not sure if that makes sense to you, but just take it one day at a time. you will surely know when you do have an orgasm, and it will be good for you when it happens... so just wait until it is the right time.
hope that helped...
not sure if it is easier or harder to after you had baby... i dont have any kids...

First I would suggest you start playing with yourself and learn how to have a orgasm, I had sex many times until I finally started trying to have one on my own. Once you find the right way it will come easy for you and you will really enjoy the feeling. Mandi

I love it when my girl rubs herself while I hit it... and I love feeling the contractions when she finally cums.
If you've never had an orgasm, you must not be masturbating? that's kinda odd... most people masturbate. It's good to know you're body.

try having one by yourself. ive been having orgasms since i learned to masturbate (6th grade? around that time) & my ability to have one didn't increase or decrease after having children. get a vibrator i GUARENTEE you will have one. once you learn to have one by yourself it will easier to have them with a partner because you will know what works for you ..

many women will never orgasm through vaginal stimulation and need clitoral stimulation, it is very normal.
