My question is posted on yahoo answers but i think it's too long and i havent gotten any answers yet. Or, i may have just stumpped everyone else like i am.
Ive tried to shorten my question but there is just too much stuff

I'm not aware of any forums concerning medical questions on the net but I've found WebMD to be quite informative and helpful in answering most questions!

I would not take any eating plan capsules.
