you have some kind of herb(pot maybe?)in a mug or cup and pour some sort of liquid on it then take big gulps out of a straw spoon looking thing and it gives you a buzz. anyone know?

I've heard of a Hot Toddy, or Totty! It's good. But i don't think it sounds exactly like you are discribing. It's got Lemon, fresh squeezed, and Whiskey. To drink for fun, or when not feeling good in cold weather. Knocks whatever it is right outta you, some people claim.
Could you mean a Latte? Pronounced La-tay. I like Chai Lattes. They have alot of herbs and steamed milk.
They get ya high without any booze at all! And they are good for ya, too.
In the summer an Iced Chai Latte is very cooling.
In the Winter it heats ya up! A hot Chai Latte. Love em'! Enjoy!
