Most stomach viruses I've ever had have only lasted 3 days at the most. I've been sick for almost 6 days now. Have you ever had a stomach virus last this long?

Never had one last that long sweetie! You might want to go on in and see your Dr. just to be safe! Hope you feel better-I despise being sick!!!Put you on my prayer list!Good luck!

A few days! I am prone to stomach viruses. I stop eating, apart from a little toast and soup, and drink gallons of liquid to flush it out. Try this. If it hasn't gone in 3 days, go back to your doc. 7 days is a long time for a stomach virus.

Stomach problems usually only last for 2-3 days to start with because after that your body can fully digest whatever food you ate and expel the virus from your body. Any longer than that usually indicates something a little more serious.

If you've had symptoms of a stomach virus for 6 days you need to go to the doctor to make sure it isn't something else that could become serious. Plus I'm sure your tired of not feeling well.

You could have the stomach flu (gastroenteritis). If you've been sick that long you should probably go see a doctor. I had it in college once and couldn't eat for days. It was awful. Finally went to the doctor and I think they put me on antibiotics. It cleared up after that.

I have seen some bugs take a week.
Drink plenty of fluids and rest. Hope you get better quickly .

try drinking a lot of water to flush it out of your system
