Absolutely not. This is just one more attempt by the black community to blame whites for problems in their lives. It is along the same lines that whites have conspired to produce cheap malt liquor to keep the black man down, or the KKK owns Snapple, or Tommy Holfiger appeared on Oprah Winfrey and made racist comments, or Church's Fried Chicken is owned by racists, or Popeye's Fried Chicken adds a chemical to their ingredient to make black men sterile.
All of these rumors are nonsense and are various attempts to blame whites for all of Black America's problems. Don't believe everything you hear. Read on your own, do your own research, and you won't be a sucker in your life.

It was man made in a labratory. They tested it on monkeys and then people ate somemonkeys whcih escaped. Then it passed on to other humans.

you only have to see who it hit first in society,gay men and intravenous drug users,and poor people in the third world.Surely no govement would want to remove them from society?
If it was developed in a biological warfare lab somewhere,hopefully they also developed the vaccine before releasing the virus.
