I have heard that doing a kegal excersize helps your urinary muscels... anyway, I don't really understadn how to do it. So I need info on it like how long to hold it, how many times you should do it, etc., but most of all, where should you feel it? When I do it, I can feel it in eaither my genitals or around my butt, depending on how I do the kegal. Which is right:????

I need to lose some inches, but only around my midsection. I am approximately 10 lbs over weight, but I know it's because of the pregnany (which was a year and a half ago). I can't get rid of it, anyone know of anything that works well?

I believe I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown. This all stems from a single event that I left untreated, I am now getting help and have been for almost a year but it seems that nothing is working. I cant sleep, when I do eventually fall asleep it is 5am, I am back to having problems eating, I can feel my depression acting up again, It seems as though I am back at square one. I really dont no what is left to do. I am looking for lifestyle changes I can do to help myself. My Doctor is great, I see him weekly but he is gone away and I am not really sure on what I am supposed to do. I have a problem also when I am in with a doctor to tell them everything that is bothering me, When I am there I try to act as if most things are ok because I want someone to believe in me and be proud of how far it looks like i have gotten. I am just not the type of person to fall apart and now it seems I am with no control. PLease anyone have any suggestions

Has anyone had missed heart beats?? I keep getting them for hours on end....I did go to the emergency room twice and they said nothing is wrong....but they did give me a heart monitor....I am still waiting for those results....I even went and saw my doc and she said its nothing to worry about....but I am worried because I get it all the time...I don't drink caffeinated drinks...so thats not whats causing it....any ideas people?? I really don't want to die of a heart attack or heart failure for that matter...I have 2 small kids. :-(

Sometimes out of the blue...I will get this crazy thought into my head and i have no idea why i think it, and I try to figure out why I thought of it, i have no idea why... I will have a weird feeling that i need to figure it out, and it is always like the same thing...or same feeling...almost like a past conversation, but I can't recall the conversation, or what the conversation even means...but it feel very important (this makes me so much a nutcase) Or I will have a vision of a place not this lifetime, cause of things in my "vision" i see, is what I think from long ago,like what the people are wearing, or how they get around not in cars...always in my "vision" is the same place...same people...I feel I know these people, but when I look at their faces, I don't know them...but i still feel a very strong connection....weird huh....I am not a crazy person..(hope not, lol) .....well ran out of room to type...i will post the 2nd part in a next question....have u experience this too???

Hey! I'm 21 and I'm starting to get really bad migraines. My mom has has bad migrains since I can remember and hers are so bad that when she has one all she can do to make it go away is to get in a dark room and go to sleep. Many doctors have done alot of studies on her and they still dont know what's wrong. Could I be getting my mom's migraines, I'm scared b/c I know how many and how bad my mom's get and mine seem to be getting worse, do parents pass down that sort of thing to thier kids??

I've heard that the air is really polluted and I've also heard that

For example, I can buy a box of mac n cheese (the powdered kind) for 33 cents, or a ramen soup for 10 cents. Or I can get some cheap chicken drums or sausage for like $3. Those have gone through tons of processing, they contain tons of ingredients and additives.

Then I want to buy some fresh spinach or tomatoes, and I have to pay $3 or $4? Chicken breasts are like $10. These things have barely gone through any processing at all.

The same for breads - why is white, enriched, over-processed refined white bread cheaper than whole grain breads that have gone through LESS processing???

What gives? How am I supposed to buy really healthy foods when I am so poor? I'm not going to spend $200 a week when I can spend $60.

My period has been VERY strange this week. After starting last Saturday, it seemed to be running a normal course and tapering off to nothing this past Thursday evening. Then I started having this weird pain in my abdomen that lasted about a day. Then late Friday night, my period started back again, much, much heavier than I've ever seen it. It was very heavy with lots of clotting. My periods are usually only about 5-6 days. It's lasted almost 10 days now, slacking up some days, but now its rather heavy again. I'm 22, and my periods are generally the same every month. I know it could be nothing, but any thoughts?
I'm not on birth control, but my partner and I always use condoms.

two nights ago (saturday the 9) i was at a party dancing barefoot and this girl STOMPED on my foot with her heels on!!! I was limping for a while but then i just decided to forget about it, even though it still hurt. My toe is now, two days later, black and blue and purple all over and its swollen and there is this weird indent/bump in it (in two different spots) and i just put ice on it. How do i know if it really is broken/ fractured? If it is, will i have to use a splint? thanks!

ok me and this guy i was seeing were having a lil fun and well im not on any sort of birth control cuz it was messing me up so i stopped and i was fooling around downstairs and he had some of the white clear stuff that comes out before *** and i just kinda rubbed it off but not clean clean and then he wanted to put it in me so i let him but then said stop what if i get sperm or anything then he said u wont so he did it again and then i completly stopped him and after the next day or so i got really bad stomach aches and everything is it cuz i might be prgnant or cuz he is so huge and it was our second time fooling around? (but first time with out a condom and it was only two lil pumps)
