Ill just give a few simple things.
I was going to say leg lifts too. lie on the ground and put your hands by your sides, (or under you if you need to)
then lift your legs all the way up 90degres then down just before you touch the floor, do about 20 of those then put your legs half way down about 45degrees and hold it there (start with 30 seconds) then all the way up then almost to the ground and hold it (again starting with 30 seconds) then drop.
That should work your legs and abs really well, and you can allways hold your legs longer if you want or do more lifts to start.

also doing crunches side to side will devlope the sides of your abs.

Both of those suggestions are great. Remember though to do cardio work along side your muscle strengthening exercises. You need to burn off that fat on and around your stomach to ever see your abs.

Try some leg lift exercises..hang your legs off the chair, them pull them up and in....you could also do some exercises on a exercise ball....cardio will also help.
