I need to lose some inches, but only around my midsection. I am approximately 10 lbs over weight, but I know it's because of the pregnany (which was a year and a half ago). I can't get rid of it, anyone know of anything that works well?

Need to loose the inches in my mid-section. So far the answers I have gotten is "excercise". I just want to clear up that I do walk three nights a week, but I don't have enough time to go to a gym.

Well I think you should just try eating three meals a day but eat healthy and exercise 2 times a day in the morning do something cardiovascular and in the evening try to do abdominal workouts. Make sure you don't eat anything past 7:30 in the evening and don't drink any pop. One pop has the calories equivalent to one meal.

Bee pollen. Avoid "over the counter" diet pills. Too many side effects. Take a tablespoon of bee pollen in the morning and one for lunch. It is a complete food so you wont starve your body of nutrients. It also contains a natural appetite suppressant called Phenylalanine and all of your b vitamins (for increased energy). What more can you ask for wieght lose and no hunger.

It tastes best when you spread it on toast with raw honey. One other benefit is if taken regularly you wont suffer as much from allergies by spring and maybe allergy free by next year. Thats if you suffer from allergies.

Do some aerobic exercise a few days a week and eat less calories than you burn. If you stick to it, the weight will come off easily.

2 of my sisters and my cousin all had great results with weight watchers! you actually have to stick with it though..no cheating or it won't work.
