Males sometimes get an overgrowth of yeast under the foreskin. Symptoms are usually redness and itching, sometimes a whitish thick collection and splitting of the skin if it's bad.

Yeast overgrowths are not contagious. Everyone has small amounts of yeast on their skin, especially in moist places, as well as in the bowel, mouth and vagina. It can get out of balance with the other bugs for a variety of reasons like taking antibiotics, hormonal changes or excess moisture.

If the man was not circumcised and he was not clean ,or picked it up from a woman that had a yeast infection. I sure hope this isn't going to lead to something. The guy would have to be tested by a lab, along with the woman and, they'd both have to be found to have the same yeast infection.

Since I've had it, my penis developed a red rash on the head and also a build up of smegma under my foreskin. I used my wife's vaginal cream for yeast infection twice a day for a period of a week and the infection went away and I haven't had one since. I can only guess that I got it from my wife since I did not have sex with anyone else. She has a history of developing yeast infections.

I have no idea what the symptoms are, but I know it's possible for men to get them. Usually by regular "exposure" to yeast (a chick with chronic yeast infections???) and it's extremely rare. Check WebMD for symptoms.

Men can get a discharge, including that clumpy nasty white stuff. also, the head of the penis may turn reddish or get little blistery things.
