Should i do high reps, low weight or should i do low reps and high weight?

what is the best way to lose weight fast im not talking anorexic but im going for a fashion shoot in 7 weeks and would like to look my best ps had a baby 5 mths ago i want to lose 1-2 stone

had bad pain,in my back,could barely move,if i coughed,sneezed, or sniffled,the pain felt like a knife percing through me,also broke out in cold sweats in the middle of the night,could this be symptoms of a stroke..

In school I sit low but I am kept up because my shoulder blades are hooked over the top of the back of the chair. I imagine it to be bad so I sit up then do it again without noticing. Is it actually bad at all for you?

I'm asking because I have heard of them in the states and wonder if anyone has any info on lawsuits here in canada. I was on it and it really caused me tons of problems. I tried to commit suicide while on it.

I get bilateral headaches. They dont throb, but it feels like tight pain as if someone has the top and the back and sides of my head in a vise, mostly on one side. Everyone says it could be my wsdom teeth or TMJ. Can wisdom teeth as well as TMJ cause refered pain to the top of your head, often it feels like shooting pains at the op of my head. Then I end up with th e headache.

Last time I went, I had the flu, and I don't understand why he would need to knock me out with general anesthesia or give me a rectal exam for the flu. Also, he tells me it's normal to have bleeding from the anus after a visit to the doctors, but my girlfriends on the cheerleading squad say it's never happened to them. Do you think I'm right to be suspicious?

I have a couple of beauty marks and I dont know how they form, I dont remember having them when i was younger, i looked at my old pictures and i didnt have them back then. some people says its acne (im a teenager) but i dont have any pimples, if it is acne will it be permanent

has anyone woke up with numb hand a little arm pain shortness of breath and like sharp pressure chest pain in the center towards left not all over.I have had ekgs blood test and chest xray diagnosed gerd also like food stuck in throat i also have gad generalized anxiety disorder.
also sometimes everyonce in awhile i will get sharp teeth pain last a second
3 doctors say gastric and 1 of those said anxiety
i have had the tight throat since about a few days and i got the food stuck in the throat thing after I ate ARBY;S which I shouldn't have done.

Also like arm cramping or numbness in hand and last night the chest pain put me to sleep but it has happened before i had the tests done.I have had 4 ekgs 2 blood chest and 2 chest xrays.

ALSO LIKE SWEATING AND HOT FLASHES COUGHING AND LIKE MY UPPER LEFT ARM LIKE SQUEEZING OR TIGHTNESS OFF AND ON OR SPASMS.

i just bought monistat 3 for my yeast infection, i inserted the tube of cream like 4 min ago and i feel alot of burning inside. is that just it working? its burning i can tolerate but it does kind of hurt. thanks
