I'm thinking of no longer eating bread, cakes, rice, noodles, cereals,etc.
Can I get all the carbs I need from just vegetables and fruit?
(I'm vegetarian)
So for example: instead of having : steamed vegetables and white rice for dinner...
....I want to just have the steamed vegetables and a leaf and tomato salad.
Or for breakfast: instead of having All Bran and milk...i'll have a fruit salad...
All advice appreciated
