I noticed some really awful smell when I went to the restroom last week. Not to be immature or anything but my waste smelled like vomit. Lately, I have not been on my regular lunch schedule because of the amount of works I had to complete. I also feel some pain in my adoment area. I appreciate all your helps.

The GI track has so much bacteria in it that it would be hard to tell. here is a test you can do to tell if you have something lie appendicitis.

Lay on your back and ask someone to push down on your left lower quadrant ( the part of your belly under the belly button to your left). They need to push down firmly but not till it injures you. Have them let go of the pressure on your tummy if you feel pain on your right lower quadrant side. Call your doctor immediatly.

Go to the doctor if your symptoms persist.

The intestine is a complicated and diverse area of the body that is so important that most people don't even realize it. Just quickly let me tell you that you should be eating more fiber. Take sugar free Metamucil three times a day or at least after evey meal. Try and uptake your fiber input to 40g per day. Eat a diet of fruit, vegetables, whole grains and legumes with no salt, sugar or fats (oils) for one month and see how that works.

have you been on antibiotics recently? or have you been out of the country? If yes, than go see your doctor.. tell him what's going on and which of the two up there is the case.

if not, try changing your diet to something softer to digest, lay off whole grains for a few days and increase white rice and mashed potatoes.. see if that helps.. if not see your doctor anyway!

See a Gastroenterologist (GI doctor) You may need a Colonoscopy to find out what's wrong. Look them up in your area and give them a call. Or contact your primary care physician and ask them who they would refer you to. Good luck!! : )

I suggest you see a doctor. Pain is the body's way of telling you that everything isn't quite right.
