wash them with plain soap....dry them properly!
Use fragrance free talc for a couple of days.......
The itch should go away. If not...see a doctor!

oohhh... check yourself for crabs!!
if you don't see any, it might be jock itch... wash with soap and water - dry throughly (air drying is best) and see a doctor for antifungal cream.. or you can ask a pharmasist.
