Because your colon is directly connected to your anus. When it is cleansed water, or some other liquid is pumped up your 'rear channel' into the colon. You're then left with liquid (with or without faeces, but you're normally expected to excrete before the process) where your faeces normally are.
Liquids have a tendency to seep down, so you have to void it or risk 'bursting' while trying to walk down the street - very humiliating, I'm sure.
It's like an enema - same concept, really.

Do you really think that going to the toilet cleanses people? May be some who have no trouble who can go straight after they have eaten something and are not fat, but surely more than just going to the toilet would be needed for other people? Because of the eating habits that a lot of us have. I am not an expert but what I have seen on the TV lately I think we could all revise what we eat and when we eat it what do you say?

Because they basically just had a high-tech enema to release the so-called toxins out of their rearends/body. The liquid from the colon cleansing has to go somewhere, perferably in a toilet, right?

if you mean after they eat it's because the colon is clean and working effectively..

if you mean immediately after, it's because there is an excess of material (either fecal, cleansing fluid or enema fluid)
