For some reason, today I am having trouble breathing. I don't breathe normally, like how I used to. Right now, my heart is beating really, really fast, and every once in a while I have to take deep breath from my mouth. I am also shaking. I don't know if thats from the cold weather we have today, or just something wrong with me... Is it because I am panicking and stressing out. I'm worried about my scholarship application and essays, which i have to maybe rewrite, and i have to submit them by today...my mother also got fired from her job. Are these the reasons why i am breathing funny?? Or, is there just something wrong with my heart and lungs??

2 days ago i woke up and was unable to move me head to the left, n now the pain is spreading down my neck and along my shoulders, today it was making me feel faint, n started to give me a head ache...I dont wna go doctors cos theyre jus gna say " can u move ur head this way,orthis way" then give me pain killers... i need sum help cos it hurts lyk made, n not bein able to move properly is fustrating me...pls help...

It started about three weeks ago i started having a pulsing sound in my ear which could only be herd when i was in a silent room. I went to the doctors and he said i have a minor ear infection and gave me a corse of atibiotics which lasted 7 days. Since then the pulsing sound has came back and im noticing a slight differnce in hearing compared to the ohere side. I have been told by friends and family i may have a wax build up resulting from the infection i am returing to the doctors in exactly one week what should i expect and any thoughs on what could be wrong with my ear thanks x

I was diagnosed with Breast cancer 2 years ago....had a modified radical mastectomy on left breast, had 4 chemo treatments, hair fell out and everything. I'm ok now thank God! Now I'm on Temoxifen which is a sort of harmonal/chemo treatment so that the cancer won't come back to the other one. I think I have gained over 40 lbs since I started on this medication. I'm 47 years old going through menopause, maybe that's why I'm gaining. I am 5'4" and I weight about 180! I use to weigh about 140 before I was diagnosed! I would love to be 130 again! Is this weight ever coming off? Help?

I've been dealing with some stress and a little anxiety recently and heard that yoga is a good way to relieve these issues. Is that true? Also, is yoga easy or pretty hard? I'm not very athletic!

Would you recommend learning yoga at home or at a gym?

He has had both hips replaced, he had an MRI of brain yesterday, he is depressed and barely walks with a cane. He jerks legs and arms when he finally gets to sleep. His hands shake during the day. I am a concered Mom.

I have a girl that is staying with me who "claims" she sprained her ankle 2 days ago i never seen her limp etc now that my minivan is off the road she keeps saying she has foot problems. she is suppose to leave the house everyday to look for work or whatever i personally dont like her but my fiancee is helping out his friend with a place to stay so she came with the package. i dont believe she sprained her ankle. what do u think?

My friend just suffered her second miscarriage. She had a healthy baby boy 4 years ago. About 2 years later, she had another baby, but he died a month later of a rare heart defect. Since then, she's had 2 miscarriages. I was just wondering what would cause this. She does all the right things...goes to the doctor, takes care of herself, avoids stress, etc. The doctors haven't really told her anything.

I got a flu shot yesterday. I felt no pain until today. Now I have an incredibly sore arm and a huge red gross welt at the injection site. It's very painful to touch and quite warm. I've had about 5 flu shots previous to this one and I've never reacted like this. Should I be worried? My co-worker got a shot right before me from the same batch of vaccine and her arm is just a little sore, no welt or redness at the injection site.
