I have a very hard time sitting in one position for along time. This makes me uncomfortable in church and meeting and driving. I tend to close my eyes for a second and wake up later. I frequently "fidgit" in my chair by moving around alot. Since I can't do this while driving I find I might need a short nap. This is true when driving a long distance. I won't stop at a rest area, to dangerous, but I will take a quick nap in a highly populated place like a gas station or McDonalds. A fifteen minute nap can save my life and that of others.

I have the same problem. When I was really into chewing a lot of gum when I was cutting back, then I began to chew my cheek in my sleep. Bloody and painful, try and keep your teeth clamped firmly while asleep. Also ask your dentist for his advice.

Let me know what he says, Cause I am having some issues with this myself.

You are probably gritting your teeth too. You need to ask your dentist for a tooth guard that you will wear when you are sleeping. This is very important to prevent unnecessary wear and tear on your teeth.
