You shouldn't lose that much weight in one week. It's not healthy. If you're going to do it regardless, you could always starve yourself I guess, but in the end, you'll just gain it all back. There is no healthy way to lose 10 pounds in one week. Healthy is 2-3 pounds a week.

At 16 unless you are grossly obese you shouldn't worry about your weight. It doesn't even seem like you're overweight for that fact. Everyone will tell you that you shouldn't diet you're fine. But sensing that you will do it anyway, you can't lose ten pounds in a week without being unhealthy like starving yourself, or only eating from one food group which will have more negative impacts than anything positive and worse yet once you get back to a normal diet you'll gain the weight back. If you want just try to change your diet to healthier one meaning eating from all food groups and eating smaller portions and less fat and sugar, making sure you get the right vitamins in your body and engaging in regular exercises. be careful sounds like you could be making a problem out of nothing.

Even if you could lose 10 lbs in one week, it is unhealthy and you can't keep that weight off.

Try and lose 2 - 3 lbs a week, and you should be able to keep that off in the long run.

You MUST have cardio exercise for at least 45 minutes, a minimum of 5 days a week. Go for seven if you feel up to it.

Also, cut out foods with sugar, high fructose corn syrup and white flour (bread, pasta, etc.). If you can cut even 300 - 500 calories per day, you will see the weight start dropping off.
