One word? I don't think I'm going to get it right. I guess: hi, to make someones day; or, as for terms in nursing
?healthy?, meaning your doing very well. Post the right answer. Thanks.

The few stays that I had in the hospital... I'd say they use "honey" a lot(from a female nurse that is.. hearing a male nurse say that, and I'd be askin to get discharged ASAP!) It makes you feel good when a nice looking nurse flirts with you, but is it considered flirting, when you bring a smile to a patients face who is in a great deal of pain and suffering?

I dunno, I had a few nicknames assigned to me.... I don't know if i could pin it down to just one word, but the simple fact of them having a positive attitude, even after say a 12 hour shift. A smile when they walk into the room, or the 5 minutes they might spend with you asking you about yourself/family/hobbies... etc. For me, waking up with comics and crossword puzzle from the daily paper was nice. If they make a big impact in a short amount of time, and keep your spirits lifted. They have many jobs all wrapped up in the title of nurse.
