Oh believe me you will know.... there is several people in my family that have had it and some didn't make it but I know for sure that they were in pain with it and went to the doctor and was diagnosed. There is lots of symptoms to Cancer ... go to a doctor and just get a check up if nothing else to ease your mind. Good luck to you.
