help please?

I have a couple of beauty marks and I dont know how they form, I dont remember having them when i was younger, i looked at my old pictures and i didnt have them back then. some people says its acne (im a teenager) but i dont have any pimples, if it is acne will it be permanent

Beauty marks and pimples are two different things. One way to figure out what is going on--see a dermatologist.
