As the saying goes when in doubt .seek medical help.

If you were to have a stroke any delay in treatment could prove costly.

Symptoms:

Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
Sudden, severe headache with no known cause

RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Remember the "3" steps, STR Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S * Ask the individual to SMILE.
T * Ask the person to TALK to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE
(Coherently) (I.e. . . It is sunny out today)
R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

While back pain is not associated with stroke, abdominal aortic anneruysm is. Pain with coughing and sneezing can be something as simple as herniated disc. However, the fact that you have cold sweats and pain at night are often symptoms of systemic problems...be sure to follow up with a physician to rule out a medical cause for your back pain (such as the anneurysm).

Actually, this could be a sign of an aneurysm or kidney problems, depending on where it is. Maybe you have a kidney stone. Only way to be sure is to see a doctor. Signs of a stroke include, slurred speech, facial drooping to one side, temporary weakness, paralysis on one side, blurred vision, severe headache. The problem with a stroke is that you can never really predict when it's going to happen.. Go see your MD

Put your arms over your head. Do you feel dizzy? Is your vision blurry? Is your speech slurring? Take an Aspirin and go to the ER.
