Yes, women can produce milk without being or having been pregnant. This seems to be a little known fact, but it is indeed true. The chemical oxytocin stimulates the breast to produce and secrete milk. Women can produce milk by 'tricking' their bodies into producing increased amounts of oxytocin by using a breast pump or having someone suck on her breast. Some couples purposely induce lactation as a sexual practice.
In addition to induced lactation, some medications can cause lactation in both men and women. If you are taking any new medications, you can check with your pharmacist to see whether or not this may be a side effect of the medication.

An infection.
The milk is white.
There is such a thing as colustrum. It's essential stuff for a baby when they're first born and it's the pre-milk. You can have this sometimes. It's nothing to be concerned about.
If your breasts hurt, you have a fever and/or chills, you have an infection and should contact your doctor to get onto antiobiotics before it gets too serious. Otherwise, it's just hormones and you have nothing to worry about. At least you know you work right! ;)

Lactation can also be caused by a mental "disorder" where the person truly and honestly believes they're pregnant, to the point where the body starts believing it too, although you'd have to do more research on that; I don't know the specs behind it.

If this is truly milk, or just a discharge, it could be a sign of many differnt problems, some serious. See your doctor.

yeah even men. just suck the nipple a lot for minimal a week and eventually your body will react and milk willl come out

you can have your period and still be prego. I think woman can have a false preg. just like animals do.

No. They cannot, or they shouldnt. I dont know what else it could be though. I would go see a doctor.

yes it can that happen to me at a younge age but can be 100% sure
