Should i do high reps, low weight or should i do low reps and high weight?

Depends on what you are trying to acheive low weight and alot of reps for toning up..heavy weight less reps for bulk.

starts on high reps, low weight and than go to low reps, high weight. Also, a good way to work out is by doing crunches, and push ups and also just plain old running

You should do reps from 8 to 12.

high reps low weight. then you can increase the weight as you get used to the previous weight and start building the muscle that way.
