Im 10 pounds overweight. is there any way to lose that ten pounds? fast?

My brother has been on the Atins' diet for 2 years. He had a heart attack, and they found that 95% of his blood to the heart was blocked. He had to have FIVE bypasses. His arteries were clogged to the max. Does anyone else know of anyone with a similar experience?

hey! i am having a debate with my mom. she thinks that if ur head is big ur super smart. and if ur brain is smaller than somelses u cant b as smart as the person with a big head. i dont think this is true cause my dad has a small head but he is very intelligent. her explantion for this is hes brilliant. i dont think ur head size has anything to do with how smart u r or how smart u can b come. she says that its a scienctific fact, whateva! she also says that we only use so much of our brains. therfore saying if u only use 90% of ur brain that if u have a smaller brain your 90 % is less than someone with a biggr brain. what do u guys think? id also like a sciencetific take on this too. thanx everyone!

ok so ive been on this page for like a month or so now and all the advice has helped me lose 20 ibs. which is totally awesome but i wanted lose just a bit more then that my only problem is THE CRAVINGS!!!! does anyone have a trick that will stop the cravings and stuff ( if theres a natural way to help that would be great im not to big on like hoodia or anything ) Please Help thanx so much!

I got my nose pierced five days ago by a professional. Unfortunate even though I know I shouldn’t I have to take it out everyday for work. Though I have been keeping it extremely clean, I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer before touching it and I carry piercing solution, which I use every time I take it out. When I do remove the piercing the hole looks pink and healthy even if it is tender. But the out side of my nose is vary red and inflamed though I don’t think its infected yet I’m worried that it may be on its way to getting infected. Is there anything I can do to help or prevent this?
