well usually discharge is clear untill its close to your period then it can get a little thick ,stringy, and some times flecks of white. but not like alot of cottage cheese looking white.but your discharge can change some and still be normal like if you started on the pill or if you are pregnant. if it is something new you have never noticed before cause noone knows your body like you do then id go to a dr. just to make sure its normal. but if its itchy, has an odor to it more than just your usually odor its probly an infection of some kind. maybe this will help.

The first answer is correct. A white discharge as long as there is no odor is very common and almost all women have it. There is only a problem when it becomes discolored and has an odor to it. What type of venereal disease are they talking about? And who is talking about it?

clear discharges are very normal.
chunky, white discharges (along with itching and a bad odor) are often the sign of a yeast infection, which is NOT a venereal disease.
But many VDs are asymptomatic, or might seem like something relatively harmless. If something is going on down there and it doesn't seem right - go see a gyne and get it checked out.

a clear or white discharge without odor is normal. if you have a thick white discharge, itching , funky odor or a discharge of any other color you may want to see a doctor. oh and don't pay attention to some of these ignorant people who are rude on here they obviously have no life.

Certain discharges are perfectly natural. Especially white discharge. You can worry if it is green, or yellow in color and has a bad odor.

if you are talking about discharge coming from your vagina, then it may be a yeast infection which could be caused by alot to different things, antibiotics, soap etc. or yes, sex. If it itches like crazy or doesn't go away, go to the doctor

It is natural for you to see white discharges. It means your body is cleaning itself out of bad stuff.

white discharge is normal, now when it's another color and has a foul smell then it's a sign that's something is not right.
