I'm 5'9'' and I think the weights you have been given are kind of low. I think it's somewhere from 145 to 165 or 170. When I was bone thin in college, I weighed about 150 and thought I was fat then. Age and gender don't really have much to do with weight. For example, weight watchers uses the same chart for both females and males of all ages.

It would depend on your bone structure.If you are a medium build 145/150 pounds would be fine. Actually,you could weigh more than that and look great.

Depending on your frame, a small frame individual can go between 129-142 pounds, a medium frame individual can go between 139-153 pounds and a large frame individual can go between 149-170 pounds.

I would depend upon bone structure, but 145lbs would probably be a good weight. Anything under that would be too thin.
