It probably won't heal if you have to take it out for work all the time. I would recommend this solution instead of piercing solution.
50/50 bactine/water in a squeeze bottle. This what I used on my piercings and never had a problem. There is clearing plastic jewelry you can get, maybe your job won't have much of a problem with the peircing if you have that in instead.

I'm sorry, to the person right above me, lots of people have NOT died from nose piercing infections. It has happened but is VERY rare.

My nostril ring piercing were given contaminated ~2 weeks interior the previous (a million.5 months when you've it). Swollen and pink on the again of the stud and sore (even with being passionate about my soaks and cleansing cleansing soap; some all human beings is basically unluckly). at the same time as that is conceivable that it is not an infection, once you've any recommendations that it should be __Go See Your wellness practitioner ASAP__. Cartilage infections can spread quickly, can heavily harm tissue, and are more durable to manage the longer you wait. do no longer take the stud out or you the piercing can seal close around the an infection and reason an abcess (more beneficial risky and more durable to manage). Neosporin and bactine weren't made for puncture wounds (no longer recommended through utilizing the wellness practitioner or something i have were given study; it even says to no longer word it to puncture wounds on the bottle). My nostril became into hardly ever even contaminated (except you regarded less than the stud you're able to need to hardly ever tell) and that i became into grant 10 days of sturdy antibiotics (and now that is flat, no longer painful, and under no circumstances pink). It regarded 10x more beneficial proper in ~2 days. i'm so so so satisfied i did not wait.

When I got my nose pierced, (which I've had done three times since it closes up so quickly!) it did become infected once. I went back to the place I got pierced at, which is extremely reputable, and they told me to go to the supermarket and buy sea salt. Not kosher salt, not table salt, specifically, sea salts. You mix warm water with sea salt in a small glass, and use that on the area. There's something about sea salt and water that has natural antibacterial properties, and it's supposed to be very non-irritating. Make sure you rinse with plain water afterwards, so you don't leave any salt behind which could crystalize.
Ideally, everyone else is right- it's way too soon to take that baby out! The more you do, the more tender it's going to get, and it might not even be infected, just all irritated. Ouch.

You're not supposed to be removing the ring yet! That's a GREAT way to get it infected.
Now, normally, yes, piercings do get some swelling. I want you to have a medical professional (NOT the person who pierced it) look at this piercing, though....if it is or does get infected, you must get it treated immediately before it works its way into the bone----that can be fatal. I'm hoping that you do not yet have an infection, but I wish that people who have jobs where they're not allowed to wear nose rings wouldn't actually get them pierced while they are employed there. Lots of people die because those piercings get infected.
Oh, and P.S. ....when I worked at the zoo, people used bandages to cover up their new nose piercings. That way, they didn't have to remove them while the piercings were healing, and customers wouldn't be any the wiser about them. The bosses were generally okay with this; as once the piercings healed, the rings could just be taken out for work.

It's probably pretty irritated from taking it out every day. Maybe instead of taking it out, you can try the clear (nearly invisible) studs you can get. Usually the place that pierced it will have those.
If you can possibly do that, and leave it alone a little more, it will probably get better.
If that suggestion is not a possibility, then I'm not sure what you could do other than what you are already doing.
Good Luck

my advice is to leave the ring in. that's what helps it heal properly. if you keep taking it out, its going to take forever to heal. try using a clear ring if you are worried about appearance. but all the chemicals (hand soap, hand sanitizer, piercing solution) can severly prohibit healing which is supposed to take part -to some extent- naturally. if it gets worse and you're really worried, visit the piercer (with the ring in).

put some antibiotic ointment on it . i had the same problem with mine in the beginning.. see if your work will allow you to put a small piece of flesh colored band-aid on it instead of taking it out all the time..
