i found out that i have a cyst on my byle tube in my stomic and i feel full when i eat a half a sandwich.. i've been really sick with no energy.. last nite my stomic was sick so i threw-up.. it was gross and it was yellow like butter and thick like grease. no food i ate even looked like that'. my surgery is in jan. has anyone ever heard of any of this? serious answers only please

I've tried tweezers, and needlenose pliers. nothing will grip onto it. I've also cut away the skin around it, but I still can't get it out? Anybody know any tricks? It hurts like heck!

my last exam was painful, because i was so tense.

I was so tense i clamped down on the speculmn. !!!!. And the doctor really struggled to examine me, as she was met with resistance lol. !!

how can i relax, and make it an easier and less painful experience??????

ive had raynauds since i was 21 not long before this i had my spleen removed, it ruptured. thirty years later i was told i had heart failure after complaining of feeling so tired. then to my amazement i have now been told i have a significant heart murmur. Are they all related problems, can any one throw any light on my position as my next appointment at hospital has been cancelled till New year.!

Right now i am at 14% body fat and i want to get to 10%. When i cut my fat, should i keep lifting weights, but just not to failure? Or should i reach failure but only go to 10-14 reps?

Also, as far as caloric intake goes, should i comsume a surplus on weight lifting days and then a deficit on cardio days?

Ok, I know a lot of girls have the ability to suck air into the vagina and expell it at will. almost all women can, some just haven't taken the time to practice and learn how. But my question is... could a woman purposely take air into her vagina so that when/if her partner ejaculates or get sperm inside her, she could use the blast of air to eject all the sperm?

I have a small open wound on my leg and it's very red and about an inch away from the wound a red mark that is sore has came up. This same exact thing happened to me about a year ago and the doc said it was a staph infection. So I am sure it's the same thing and I am keeping the area clean with tripple anit-biotic cream and then covering it with a band aid. I have heard there is some sore of thing I can buy at the store to soak the wound and it will take out the infection. Does anyone have any suggestions? THANKS

Please help.I had a bit of a bad time with my episiotomy healing - stiches got infected. Couldnt walk for aboyt 6 weeks but all is mended now however, SEx has become a knightmare. I feel like ive been streched to hell and back and i cant enjoy sex like i used too. I expected that in the beginning but my daughter is now 3 months old and my sex life is no better. I cant do the pelvic floor exercises and am unsure on what else i can do to help. Ive heard of pelvic cones you can buy has anybody tried them? Do they actually work or would i be better off trying to do these pfe's? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would love any advice...
He first had redish brown stuff dripping out of his eyes, and now he cant keep any food down, he doesn't move much, and he's limping. He also makes weezing noises, and coughs up mucus. I've also seen a few snot bubbles come out of his nose, and his nose is leaking bad.

I don't wanna lose my cat, but im a broke college student can can't really afford a vet at this point in time...

Any advice would be utterly grateful!

I just got my cast off about a week ago. I had it on at the elbow. My docter says I have 3 weeks to get my arm back into motion. It is really really stiff right now. Does anyone know some excersizes to do to help it. Does anyone know some techniques to make it go back in motion faster?? Is there a way to move it so that it won't hurt?? Please help me!!
