Ok, I know a lot of girls have the ability to suck air into the vagina and expell it at will. almost all women can, some just haven't taken the time to practice and learn how. But my question is... could a woman purposely take air into her vagina so that when/if her partner ejaculates or get sperm inside her, she could use the blast of air to eject all the sperm?

I didn't mean as a primary means of birth control... but if two people are in a long term committed relationship... no condoms... with the female being on birth control.. .It is still possible to get pregnant on birth control so this would be a secondary measure?

Well a woman might be able to pull off the queif, but chances are that she will not expell all the semen. Their is such a thing as premature ejaculation, which all men squirt out a little before they actually ejaculate. And as much as it costs to raise a baby these days, it would be safer to go to the health department and get some birth control.

lol.. if you only knew what all you just told the world! for your info, not all woman can queef. Queefing is caused by a penis thats not big enough to fill a tight vagina , there fore air pushes in to the woman working like a air pistel....woman cant practist putting are inside them . it takes a little man....lol so im sure your woman can blast the sperm out with all that air your giving them .

I don't think the force is strong enough to expell all of the semen, so no, that would not be an effective form of birth control.
