Not in a healthy way. Why don't you start w/ a smaller goal, like 20 pounds by February, keep a good fitness routine, including weight lifting and get your protein and vitamins in your diet if you're not already. By then, you'll be feeling so great you won't want to stop exercising, and the pattern begins. Remember, you can't spot reduce - the only thing that will help your stomach (if you have a bit of flab) is lots of cardio and water - cut out sodas, coffee, and a lot of fruit juices and stick to water and tea. Of course, you could have a tummy tuck, but that would hit your pocket pretty good.

It is not healthy at all to try to lose more than 1 to 2 pounds per month. Just try jogging every day and drinking enough water so you don't get dehydrated. Then eat healthier like adding more fruits and veggies to your diet. They have the fiber in them to make you more full quicker so you don't eat as much. You can cut down on the amount of fried and fatty foods, but don't give up on them completely. Otherwise, your body might start to crave them and once you take one bite you can't stop. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Go low carb. The fastest you can possibly lose is about 1 lb a day, but losing weight that fast is not a good way to lose weight and keep it off. Better to lose 10 or 15 and hold that weight for a bit and then lose the next round until you get there.
