I used to get these all the time when I was in dance and such.
But it's been years and now I have been waking up in the night with the cramps again. How can I help it? What do I do? It's killing me.

Triple your water intake. I just went to the doctor for the SAME thing. That's one of the first signs of dehydration...(or so he tells me! LOL)

I was also a dancer and competitive cheerleader...so, I'm sure we're just paying all the damage that we did to our feet then, now.

I know it sucks! Hang in there! (It's worked for me so far..I've been drinking 6 1 liter bottles of water per day. I feel like I'm floating, but the cramps are gone.)
