Looking for a beginner Tape/DVD for a slightly overweight man with not-great coordination, to be done in a mid-sized living room. My husband always complains about his weight, but with a 14-hr workday, he doesn't have a whole lot of time to go somewhere. He did go jogging a few times, but hasn't had time for that, either. i have a problem... it has been going on for almost four years now and it is at the point where i really need to do something about it.

i am a 21 year old 6ft female who weighs almost 19 stone (im not particularly ugly, i do look in proportion) but whenever i feel lonely (which is often, i eat) and i will tell myself that it is just for the day and everything will be fine tomorrow but it never is.

i have been single for almost 2 years now and although i have had a couple of one night stands and have texted guys nothing ever seems to come of it so therefore i feel lonely, followed bby the continual eating.

does anyone know any good ways of losing weight fast? when i am happy i stop eating like this i just need to be happy again, this is a viscious circle that i don't feel i can get out of without serious help but being told to eat less is not the answer!

please help!

It saddens me to see people who lie constantly. It is such a let down..I can't help but think that the reason they do it, is because of their own feelings of insecurity...Now I don't mean, 'stretching' the truth, or embelleshing on things..I mean, flat out lying about their circumstances,...lying about how terrible their lives are for pity...anything that tugs at your heart strings to manipulate you, and then you find out that they were a wolf in sheeps clothing...Why do you think they lie? I Have been on the Pill 'Dianette' for over three years now.

When i was with my boyfriend i decided to go on the pill.
i talked to my GP about my spots and so i went on Dianette as it improves the skin aswell.

The aim of treatment with Dianette is to block the male hormones present in the female body . When a woman has too much of a hormone called androgen, conditions like acne can occur. Dianette reduces the amount of androgen and also reduces the activity of the sebaceous gland which causes acne.

My skin has dramaticly improved, its clear and spot free and i am very happy with it!!

I am no longer with my boyfriend so am thinking to come off the pill...
i dont see the point of staying on the pill if i am not in a relationship.
BUT I am woried that if i come off Dianette my skin will become greasy again which could bring back my spots which i really dont want!?

is there a harm in long term pill use?

shall i come off it?

I know a man who is in his 30s, he lives with his mother, and is a musician. He spends pretty much all his time with music related activities, going to shows, writing music, playing music, listening to music, etc. He is also VERY involved with computers. He is unemployed besides his music. He has a few male friends, mostly music related, but he has not had a girlfriend in years and very rarely dates, though he is interested in women. So from how this sounds may he have some sort of mild asperger's?

I'm 20 years old and my father has just got shingles and i read that you can catch chicken pox from it. I'be never had chicken pox before and today i've come up with about 7 red bumps on my body that itch and they are coming more and more.

But the thing is i feel completly normal and healthy apart from these marks, do you think its chicken pox and if so will i get a high temperature and feel sick or will it just continue to itch?
