my boyfriend and i were just sitting and talking and all of a sudden he said that his testicles hurt immensly. he has no health problems, and it was very sudden. what's wrong?

it went away pretty quickly actually, like in 15 minutes. maybe he was just sitting funny. thanks for your help.

He may have suffered a testicular torsion. They can occur suddenly and be very painful. He should go to a doctor to get himself checked out.
