I recommend all natural Menopause Balance Complex and Menopause Balance Complex Cooling Lotion.
Menopause Balance Complex contains extract of black cohosh as well as soy isoflavones and flaxseed. Also contains a proprietary phytoestrogen blend of dong quai, red clover, and licorice. No artificial colors, flavors or synthetic preservatives.
Cooling Lotion is a blend of more than a dozen natural herbs including black cohosh, soy isoflavones, evening primrose extract, flaxseed and jojoba seed oils. It's progesterone-free and may be used as often as needed without side effects.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Hi, I'm only 25 and had a hysterectomy last year...trust me I know how you feel. Firstly you should be taking HRT, you need to get your hormone levels checked by having a blood test....if the HRT is in your system you shouldn't be getting the hot flushes. With me I was still getting them severly on the HRT and my blood test showed my hormone levels were that of a post menapausal old woman...my stomach acid had been destroying the tablets so I am now on patches. You have to find what suits you.
Regards natural therapies I have 2 great suggestions. One is a once a day tablet called Menopace....you get these from health shops and they are great. The other thing is a 'CHILLO'. It's a pillow you fill with water and it sets off a chemical reaction to make it stay cool. It's great for putting behind your back or sleeping on to keep you cool.If you type chillo into google it will bring up the website where you can buy them. The other thing I do is keep a fan by my bed and the sofa so you can get immediate relief from the flushes.
Remember to stay calm and drink plenty of water. Best wishes xxx

Try Progesterone Cream. It is over the counter. Check out info online.
1/4 tsp once or twice a day rubbed into the skin. Good for menopause problems plus moisturises the skin. Wal Mart has a good brand.

i'm dealing with this myself, and hate being cautioned to take HRT. I notice that the known practitioner dispels using organic products over HRT affirming no long term examine related to their efficacy. this would be real, yet in basic terms how long has HRT be around that we are in a position to assert with self belief that it somewhat is effective? The scientific occupation like to apply the 'medical technique' as data of each thing. They quite like to medicalise women's organic strategies, eg childbirth, breastfeeding, menopause etc. ordinary remedies are solid. Get a hand-held fan, positioned on much less outfits, meditate, relax. pay interest to the adjustments on your psychological progression too, the topics at the instant are not in basic terms around actual strategies. warm sweats are in basic terms that, warm and sweaty, whether it would not bypass on continuously.

I can't take hormones, I don't know of your particular situation. I keep a wet wash cloth on my night stand, ceiling fan on, very light pj's and sleep with just a sheet mostly and keep the heater very low. There is this thing called a chillow that I have been told about that I think I'm going to get and try it out. It's like this pillow that stays cool all night while you are sleeping on it. It is sold at Walgreens. Check it out online and see what you think about it.

I have heared evening primrose is good for the menapause. I acctualy am on hrt this has helped me to cope with the menapause it helps keep those horrable hot flushes at bay as long as i take it regularly it has also helped with my mood swings. Keep a cool pack around for when the flushes hit you and discuss with your doctor about going on Hrt Good luck i know this is a very uncomfortable and unpleasant thing to suffer

U re getting through a harder period..U re missing estrogens. I dont know the names of these pills in USA because Im from Europe. But the best way is to go to ur gynecologist to give u a prescription. It s like girls were taking contracepives to not get pregnant, they re pills with estrogens to help u get over this period as well.

Go to your doctor and get HRT,its wonderful.
It gives you lots of energy and stops the hot sweats.
It also helps to keep your heart healthy
I asked a lady doctor at my surgery about staying on it indefinately and she said she was going to stay on it till she died, because the good things far outweighed the bad things..
